Empowering the Next Generation of Union Leaders!

Attending the EFFAT-ETUI Youth Training in Sesimbra was an unforgettable experience! Young workers from across Europe came together to strengthen their voices and drive change for a more powerful labour movement.

Through hands-on workshops and discussions, participates gained valuable skills and insights to become better organisers and advocates. Some key highlights included:
