Labor became a Member of the European Federation of Food, Agriculture, and Tourism Trade Unions (EFFAT).

As of January 1, 2025, Labor has become a member of EFFAT, further strengthening our shared commitment to protecting and improving workers’ rights. In light of the current challenges facing Georgia, this milestone once again reaffirms that Europe stands with the Georgian people.

EFFAT continues to actively collaborate with all member organizations to ensure better working conditions, social protection, and strong representation in the agriculture, food industry, and tourism sectors.

By welcoming Labor into its ranks, EFFAT has expressed its readiness to support Georgian colleagues in defending workers’ rights and strengthening the role of trade unions.
